Shipping

We ship across the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 per order, and free on orders over $75. Orders placed before 2pm ET are dispatched the same business day; all others the next business day. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Returns

If something isn’t right, return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Email support@deskwellsupply.store with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost.
